Shivon Smilovitis (above) practices exclusively in the area of family law. Shivon is a well known, established and respected practitioner in the Peel region and has provided family law advice in Mandurah since 2001.
Shivon lives locally and has been an active member of the community since moving from Perth 10 years ago.

Brian Mahon (left) practices in the areas of family and criminal law. He was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 1996 and practised on the Midland & Oxford Circuit in the United Kingdom as a criminal barrister until relocating to Western Australia in 2004. He was admitted in Western Australia in 2007 having lived and worked in the Mandurah area since his arrival in the State. He brings common sense, a keen awareness of strategy and a practical insight to the criminal and family law issues faced by clients.
Brian believes that sensible and realistic legal advice given in plain English allows the client to fully consider the options. Brian takes time to ensure that all the relevant factors have been properly explained and understood so the client is able to make an informed decision. Brian prides himself on providing solutions to the problems faced by his clients and he ensures that he masters the issues in the case.
